Korea's finest Seolhyang variety, cultivated organically in the heart of Uzbekistan. From Shodiyev Muxtor Jabborovich's greenhouse to your table — pure, natural, extraordinary.
Our Story
Every single morning before anything else, Shodiyev Muxtor Jabborovich walks into his greenhouse to inspect each plant — scanning for pests, checking moisture, ensuring everything is thriving. This daily ritual has been his commitment since he first built the greenhouse in 2019.
Driven by science and a deep respect for nature, he built his 14×42 meter greenhouse from his own investment and know-how. He chose the Korean Seolhyang variety — prized for its exceptional sweetness and yield — and planted it in coconut coir from Sri Lanka, a sustainable growing medium that ensures perfect aeration and water retention. Because Seolhyang is fragile at peak ripeness, it cannot be imported; Shodiyev Muxtor Jabborovich brings the taste of Korea to Uzbekistan by growing it fresh, locally.
What We Grow
Korean Premium Variety
The Seolhyang (설향) variety is Korea's most celebrated strawberry — known for its intense aroma, balanced sweetness, and firm texture perfect for both fresh eating and confectionery. Because they are so delicate at peak ripeness, they cannot survive long-distance import. Shodiyev Muxtor Jabborovich brings this exclusive taste directly to Central Asia.
Each summer, Shodiyev Muxtor Jabborovich's 10,000 plants produce up to 100,000 seedlings. High-quality Seolhyang seedlings are available for other farmers looking to start their own cultivation.
Who We Supply
Shodiyev Muxtor Jabborovich supplies premium strawberries exclusively to business clients across the region. Due to high demand, he does not sell directly to individual consumers — all orders go through his regular wholesale network.
Cultivation Methods
Ultra-purified water — cleaner than bottled water — delivered directly to each plant's root zone with measured nutrients. Zero waste, optimal hydration.
Chemical fertilizers are avoided almost entirely. Organic fertilizers enrich the coconut coir medium, producing cleaner, healthier, better-tasting fruit.
Traps and biological predators replace pesticides. Shodiyev Muxtor Jabborovich's daily morning inspection catches issues before they spread, keeping plants naturally healthy.
Recycled coconut coir provides superior aeration and moisture retention compared to soil, creating an ideal root environment for the Seolhyang variety.
Soil pH, nutrient concentrations, water quality, temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels are continuously measured and adjusted for peak performance.
Shodiyev Muxtor Jabborovich designed and built the 14×42m greenhouse himself, acquiring deep technical expertise in climate control, structural integrity, and plant systems.
